What we like
Spread widely over the 250-year-old estate, the most scenic plantation on the island, are 19 one and two-bedroom, free-standing cottages. This is an incredibly beautiful place – one of the jewels of St Lucia.

Loved the entire experience! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible stay. The cottages are are a little rustic but extremely charming, our cottage was nestled up on the hillside with a beautiful view of the rainforest and a private plunge pool. A wonderful place to be instead of the beach.
Fond Doux Eco Resort
Set on a beautifully scenic plantation, this 250-year old estate is an incredibly peaceful spot surrounded by palms, bananas and breadfruit trees. Spread widely over the plantation are 19 one and two-bedroom, free-standing cottages. Also hidden away in Fond Doux Plantation’s grounds is a lovely, secluded, multi-level swimming pool that overlooks a palm-sprinkled valley. At the heart of the plantation are two open-air, rustic restaurants serving good Creole and international fare, and lots of home-grown fruit and vegetables. Lunches are often buffets whilst dinners are more intimate affairs. You may want to hire a car for at least some of your stay, though Fond Doux lays on a free, daily shuttle service to the stunning nearby beach of Anse des Pitons.
